Okay this post will be about the interior of my flat, which I neglected to mention in the last post! Initially the ascent to the flat was arduous; there’s a steep staircase/hill from the road itself, and after you reach the cul-de-sac of the 3 blocks, you still have to climb 5 more flights of steps to the flat itself. So imagine my poor self lugging all my luggage all the way up. Anyway, upon struggling with the many keys and finally finding the correct ones, I entered the seemingly empty, deserted flat and found the TV on, and everything else empty and off. Creepy huh! It’s funny cos it was left on by my flat mate who’d left his room locked, so I thought there was no one initially. And when he came back and found like stuff in the toilet that I’d rearranged, he was similarly shocked. LOL.
Anyway, here are some pictures of the interior. I think it really looks really local haha.
This is the front door – with the TV beside it! (There’s only one channel though; and the reception is only good when it storms. hahaha epic.)
This is the view upon entering the front door. That’s the door to my room. There are 3 rooms, each with 2 people. So it’s 6 people to a student flat. I like the fact that there’s a sofa set! Very good for socialising haha.
This is my room! It’s the smallest one among the three 😦 But there’s new air-conditioner, new mattresses and newly painted walls, so I can’t complain.
Here’s the scary toilet. I think it’s horror-movie worthy. AND the faucet even drips menacingly!!! Eeeee
Ok that’s it! Happy Sunday!
